We'll see if it sells over the next few months. Anyone know the most expensive home ever sold within city limits?
At least this is a real mansion,and having been built in 1921 the wood will be first rate.Looks like a nice update as well.

ReplyDeleteYes, the house is spectacular. But what will it sell for? Aparently not $4.2 million last year when housing prices were higher. Is taking it down to $3.7 enough of a cut?
