Heading a few miles north to Windsor we find that condos on the Town Green have now fallen 50%. 538 Emily Rose Cir is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath is now priced at $250,000.
It last sold for $497,500 in August 2006.
With several other condos at the Town Green sitting on the market, it will be interesting to watch how long it takes for this area to find a bottom.
And never forget that your HOA fees are not fixed.Things can get real interesting when there are foreclosures and other "owners" can't or won't pay.These are not bad condo's but the price is still too high at $153 sq ft.they usually go below replacement cost in downturns and replacement costs for everything from land to materials has dropped.
