This is a nice home,but the price? Am I missing something?
ReplyDeleteI have to say...for a $2M tag, one would expect far better architecture/remodeling. The interior space might be OK, but at this PP who wants to see garage doors upon entry? There are much more classic Sonoma/Napa homes for far less $. Maybe it was a "farmhouse" in 1890, but it's since lost all its charm. I'd say it's worth more like $200-250/sqft.
